The essentials
Who we are looking for
Black belt and above
Every paid breakdown on this site is reviewed by a black belt. We confirm your rank with the professor who promoted you.
Reviewing members' footage
A member sends a match or a roll. You send back a written report and a voiceover they can take to training.
English or Portuguese
Members get feedback in the language they train in. More languages open as coaches join.
Remote, on your time
No shifts. You choose how much you take on each week, and change it whenever you want.
How it starts
How to get the full details
We only share how the work runs day to day and how pay works with coaches who are thinking about applying, so it isn’t posted on the public site.
- Step 01
Create your free account
If we accept you, the same account becomes your coach account.
- Step 02
Introduce yourself
A short form with your rank, your professor, your academy and your languages.
- Step 03
Read how it works
See how the work runs, the standard we hold every coach to and how pay works, then decide whether you want to apply.
If you’re a black belt, the founding roster is open
Reports and voiceovers in English and Portuguese, from anywhere.
