We accept any footage quality. Better video gets you a better breakdown. The coach rates every submission before the review starts, and that rating appears on your report.

Common questions
Who actually reviews my footage?
A human black belt, every time, on every paid tier and On Demand. Zero AI. The coach who marks your timestamps records your voiceover. For higher rank, a Legend breakdown comes from a coral or red belt.
Does footage quality actually matter?
Yes. Your coach rates footage Good, Fair, or Poor before the review starts. If it cannot be reviewed, your credit goes back.
How long does it take?
Under 48 hours, on every tier, and we measure it. Anything past that mark gets flagged so we can act on it. The promise is the same everywhere, but Premium puts your footage at the top of the coach queue, so it gets picked up sooner. Picking a specific coach can take longer than taking the first one available, and we say so at the point you choose.
Can I keep a breakdown private?
Yes. Every breakdown goes into the public library by default, and the library is what keeps the price where it is. Choose the private option when you submit and that breakdown stays between you and your coach. Useful before a competition, or for a match you would rather keep off the internet. It costs $10 and applies to that one video.
What happens to my breakdowns if I cancel?
You keep them. Delivered breakdowns are permanent. Sign in years later and every report and voiceover is still there. Canceling stops future billing and monthly credits; it never deletes what you already paid for.
Do unused monthly breakdowns roll over?
Credits are for that month only. Need extra during a busy month? Buy an On Demand breakdown alongside your membership. It stacks directly onto your balance.
What is Roast My Roll?
The same breakdown process: every timestamp, every opening found, and the same homework drill at the end, delivered as a roast instead of in standard coaching tone. Tactical errors, bad habits, and positional lapses get roasted. Physical attributes, injuries, and day one beginner mistakes are strictly off limits. Turn it on whenever you have a Roast available. Legend breakdowns do not include it.
Can I submit a video that is already on YouTube?
Yes. You paste a link instead of uploading a file, as long as it is public or unlisted with embedding allowed. The credit works the same way.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans have no lock-in: cancel anytime to stop future billing. Annual plans are prepaid, so canceling stops the renewal while your monthly credits continue until the year ends. We do not refund unused months by default, but our support team reads every request. On Demand and Legend are one-off purchases with nothing to cancel.
Can I gift a membership?
Yes. Gift a single breakdown, or a membership from one to twelve months. Every gift is prepaid in one payment, so it never renews and the recipient never enters a card. Start one from the link in this section or in the site footer.
