Yes. Your coach rates footage Good, Fair, or Poor before the review starts. If it cannot be reviewed, your credit goes back.

We aim to get it back to you within 48 hours of when you send it, on every tier, and we track how long each one takes. It's a target and we can't guarantee it. In a busy week it can take longer, and anything that goes past 48 hours gets flagged so we can do something about it. Premium puts your footage at the top of the coach queue, so it usually gets picked up sooner. If you pick a specific coach, it can take longer than taking the first one available, and we tell you that when you choose.

Yes. Every breakdown goes into the public library by default, and the library is what keeps our prices where they are. If you choose the private option when you submit, that breakdown stays between you and your coach. It's useful before a competition, or for a match you'd rather keep off the internet. It costs $10 and covers that one video. You can also make a public breakdown private later from its page, for the same price, unless you bought it from a guest coach's page.

You keep them. Once a breakdown is delivered it stays in your account for good, so if you sign in years later every report and voiceover will still be there. Canceling stops future billing and monthly credits, and it never deletes anything you already paid for.

No, monthly credits are for that month only. If you need extra in a busy month, you can buy an On Demand breakdown alongside your membership, and it goes straight onto your balance.

It's the same breakdown, with the same timestamps, the same openings and the same homework at the end. The difference is that the coach delivers it as a roast instead of in the standard coaching tone. Tactical errors, bad habits and positional lapses get roasted. Comments on your body, your injuries and day one beginner mistakes are strictly off limits. You can turn it on whenever you have a Roast available. Legend breakdowns don't include it.

Yes. You paste a link instead of uploading a file, as long as it is public or unlisted with embedding allowed. The credit works the same way.

Yes. Monthly plans have no lock-in, so you can cancel anytime and you won't be billed again. The 12-month plan is paid up front, so canceling stops it from renewing, and you keep getting your monthly credits until the year ends. We don't refund unused months by default, but a person reads every request. On Demand is a one-off purchase, so there's nothing to cancel. You can cancel a Legend breakdown from your account any time before you upload your footage, and the balance goes back to your card. The deposit is refundable until the balance is charged.

Yes. You can gift a single breakdown, or a membership for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Every gift is paid up front in one payment, so it never renews and the person you give it to never enters a card. You can start one from the link in this section or in the site footer.
