A private video call with a coach, with your footage on the screen. You can pause, rewind, and ask questions while the position is still in front of you. A recorded breakdown shows you what happened, and a live session lets you talk it through with the coach.

Which coaches take live sessions?
Coaches choose whether to take live 1:1 sessions, and their roster cards say so. You pick the coach and the time. You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before the call. If you cancel later than that, we charge the full session, because the coach has already held that time for you and watched your footage.
