Real-time coaching
Live 1:1 breakdown
A private video call with a coach, your footage on screen. Pause, rewind, and ask questions while the position is still up. An async breakdown shows what happened; a live session is a conversation about it.
Book & pay
Pick an available coach, choose a time from their calendar, and pay. We hold your slot while you check out.
Send footage ahead
Send your footage at least 24 hours before the session so your coach can watch it first. The full hour then goes to analysis, not a first viewing.
The call
60 minutes of screen-shared footage and live annotation. Spend the session on one match in depth or move through several rolls quickly.
Keep the notes
We record the call and tell you both at the start. The recording and a written action list stay in your library permanently, whatever happens to your membership.

Which coaches take live sessions?
Coaches opt into live 1:1 sessions, and their roster cards say so. We match your booking by language and specialty. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the call. Inside 24 hours we charge the full session, because the coach has already held the time and watched your footage.
