The tone
The written notes and the voiceover are scripted as a roast: sarcastic, brutally honest, and quotable. If your guard got passed four times the same way, you will hear about it four times. We keep naming the mistake until the fix sticks.
The coaching
Same coach, same timestamps, same openings found, same homework drill at the end. Strip the jokes out and a complete technical breakdown remains.
We roast your jiu-jitsu, not you
Positions, decisions, and habits are fair game. Bodies, injuries, belts, and beginners doing beginner things are not. Switch back to the standard tone on any future breakdown.
