2Dates
Each weekly entry period starts Monday at 12 AM ET and ends Sunday at 11:59 PM ET. The last period ends Thursday, December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.
3Who can enter
Anyone with a Grappling Breakdown account. Members aged 13 to 17 need a parent or guardian's consent, as with every account. Employees and coaches of Grappling Breakdown cannot enter. Void where prohibited.
4How to enter
Sign in at grapplingbreakdown.com/offer and submit a YouTube link to one roll or match you appear in. Footage over 10 minutes needs a start and end time no more than 10 minutes apart. One entry per account per weekly period. You must have the right to share the footage.
5How picks are made
Each week Grappling Breakdown picks one or more entries at its own discretion, looking at what a breakdown could teach, how clear the footage is, and variety across belts and styles. Following @grapplingbreakdownhq on Instagram is optional and may be taken into account. Picks are announced by email the Monday after each period closes. Grappling Breakdown may skip anyone picked in recent weeks.
6The prize
A full breakdown of the entered footage by a Grappling Breakdown coach: written report, voiceover and homework. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
7The public library
Picked breakdowns are published in the public library at grapplingbreakdown.com with the member's name and belt.
8Entries not picked
Entries not picked may receive a one-time discount on a paid breakdown. It works on the entrant's own account only and expires at the time stated in the email.
9Changes
Grappling Breakdown may change or end this offer at any time, with notice on this page.
